Dumpling, Dough, Body is a video performance for the camera that explores the corporality between the body and the act of making dumplings. Dumplings have emerged throughout various cuisines and can be both a solitary and a participatory experience of making and of knowledge sharing.

 

My performance explores the making of dumplings as an unabbreviated experience that involves the entire body in the making and rolling of the dough.
